In therapy, there is a balance between creating space for self-reflection and taking action. 

There will be times when the best thing you can do is nothing; just allow yourself to feel what you feel. Other times, I may challenge you to look from a different perspective, try something new, or take a risk. 

Through it all, my goal is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship built on honesty, clear and direct communication, and compassion. Together, we will work toward change that is both for better and for good.
